Winbox App Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms

Welcome to Winbox App. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Winbox App ("Company", "we", "platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Winbox App platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other available channel — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all Terms set out in this document.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the entire Winbox App system, including the website, app, games, betting system, payment system, and all related services. "Games" refers to all forms of digital entertainment available on Winbox App, including casino, slots, poker, Sports Betting, badminton, lottery, and more. "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or fund transfer made within a user's account.

To be eligible to register and use the Winbox App platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and each time the platform is used.
• Be a valid Malaysian resident or citizen with the required identification documents provided.
• Not listed on any gambling exclusion registry or having submitted a voluntary self-exclusion application.
• Not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or subject to a court order prohibiting gambling.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a binding agreement.

3.1 Registration Process

Registering a Winbox App account is free and can be done via the official website or mobile app. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your actual date of birth.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only. Winbox App employs multiple technical detection methods to identify duplicate registrations, including checks on IP address, device ID, phone number, and payment details. Duplicate accounts will be suspended or closed without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Winbox App will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Winbox App supports the following deposit methods exclusively for Malaysian users:

• DuitNow – Instant transfer using your phone number or IC number
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Deposit via the familiar TNG app
• GrabPay – Via the Grab app with an active wallet
• Boost – Via the Boost eWallet app
• ShopeePay – Via the Shopee app with sufficient balance
• FPX (Internet Banking) – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other FPX member banks

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. No daily maximum deposit limit is set, except for limits imposed by the payment method provider itself or limits you configure in your account settings. All successful deposits will be credited to your Winbox App account within 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawals from your Winbox App account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same source of funds principle).
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes for eWallet methods and up to 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative total reaches RM5,000.
• Winbox App reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review if unusual activity is detected on the account.

Winbox App offers a variety of promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, Sports Betting rebates, lucky draws, and special offers for festive occasions such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidiladha, Chinese New Year, and other Malaysian celebrations.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's details. For example, a 10× wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to their own wagering requirements.
• Winbox App reserves the right to void bonuses if a user is found to have abused the promotions system.
• Withdrawing deposited funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic cancellation of the associated bonus and any related winnings.

The Winbox App platform offers a wide range of game categories, including video slots, Live Casino with real dealers, table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha), virtual sports, and digital lottery (4D, Toto, Keno). Each game category may have its own additional specific rules.

• All games use a randomly generated number (RNG) system that has been independently verified to ensure fairness.
• Game outcomes determined by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Winbox App will use server records to determine a fair outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.
• Winbox App reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict access to certain games without providing a reason.

The Winbox App Sports Betting section covers matches across a wide range of international and local sports, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, Serie A), badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open, Thomas Cup), tennis, basketball, e-sports, and more.

8.1 Bet Confirmation and Settlement

• A bet is only considered valid once system confirmation is displayed in the user's account.
• Winbox App reserves the right to void bets accepted due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Bets accepted after the opening whistle (kick-off / first serve) for pre-match markets may be voided.
• For in-play betting, odds change in real time and outcomes are determined by the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system.

8.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original schedule or cancelled entirely, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's account. Exceptions may apply to bets that were already settled prior to the postponement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winbox App platform and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of account balance:

• Fraud, forgery, or the use of falsified identity documents.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulating games or the betting system through technical means or collusion with other players.
• Settling account activity using illegally obtained funds (money laundering).
• Making deposits and withdrawals without meaningful wagering activity (bonus abuse / bonus hunting).
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to conceal your actual location.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at customer support staff.

Winbox App reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requests initiated by the user.
• Self-exclusion requests from gambling.

If an account is closed at the user's own request or for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of review. If closure is due to a breach of terms, Winbox App reserves the right to withhold the balance as compensation.

Winbox App respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Using 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Retaining your data only for as long as necessary for service purposes or as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.

The Winbox App platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". Winbox App makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from errors, or free from security threats at all times.

Winbox App shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party failures beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or extraordinary losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or errors by third parties, including payment providers or game software suppliers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Winbox App takes responsible gambling very seriously. We believe that gaming on our platform should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never become a burden or a source of problems for any individual.
